In 2026, erp4students will celebrate its 20th anniversary – and we want to celebrate this milestone together with you! We are looking for current and former participants who would like to share their personal experiences with us and our community.
What was it like for you to take part in our courses? What were your highlights? And maybe it even led to an internship, a job, or another important career step?
In total, we would like to feature
five people and their stories from the past 20 years. Of course, there will be a small thank-you gift – the exact details are still being decided.

Simply send us an
email with the subject line “20 years of erp4students” and tell us a bit about yourself:
- When did you take part in the courses?
- How did you hear about erp4students?
- Did participating have any impact on your career or studies?
- And please let us know if you expect to still be studying in 2026.
We will collect all submissions. At the beginning of 2026, we will select five participants and contact them via email – so please make sure your email address remains valid and active until at least early 2026.
Note:
As part of this campaign, the selected participants will be asked to present their experiences in a video. The video will be recorded in English. The material will be used both individually (as short portraits) and as part of a larger anniversary project (website, social media). By participating, you agree that erp4students may use the video and image material for communication and marketing purposes.
Note on data storage and processing:
By submitting your email, you agree that the data you provide (name, email address, details about your participation and, if applicable, your studies) may be stored and processed by erp4students solely for the purpose of selecting and contacting participants for the “20 years of erp4students” campaign. The data will not be shared with third parties. All data will, of course, be deleted after the campaign has concluded. The deadline for submissions is December 22, 2025.
